.Tachetii sunt elemente ce fac parte din sistemul de distributie care transmit miscarea de la came la supape. Tachetii pot fi normali sau hidraulici, adica cu reglare automata in mers. Tachetii de motor sunt in numar identic cu numarul supapelor si in timp, daca uleiul folosit nu a fost cel bun, incep sa se uzeze si sa aiba joc. Zgomotul de tacheti este unul suparator, dar nu dauneaza motorului.
