Acest senzor MAP stie exact ce cantitate de aer si la ce presiune intra in admisie, transmite informatia mai departe la calculatorul masinii, iar aprinderea se face in consecinta. Senzorul MAP daca se defecteaza influenteaza consumul si motorul va functiona mai prost.
